The Jackery Manual Transfer Switch for Explorer 5000 Plus allows safe, legal connection of a generator or portable power station to selected home circuits during an outage, without requiring a licensed electrician in most residential installations.

A 50A manual transfer switch physically isolates chosen circuits from the utility grid before connecting backup power — preventing back-feed that can injure utility workers. It mounts alongside your existing breaker panel with clearly labeled circuit positions.
